GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE PURCHASE

In cases where the goods are not immediately available in Nuova f.lli Dondi s.r.l. undertakes to promptly notify you, via e-mail or telephone, of any unforeseeable out-of-stock due to excess demand or other causes; order processing times will depend on the availability of the product in stock.

You can choose the payment methods indicated in the PAYMENTS section, and the shipping methods as indicated in the SHIPPING section. It is forbidden, by the legislation on personal data, to enter false and / or fictional names in the online ordering procedure and in further communications. PRICES

The sales prices shown on the website www.exxit-system.com are prices reserved exclusively for customers who purchase products directly online. These prices are to be considered expressed in euros and excluding VAT.
By adding the products to the order, the taxable amount (price including VAT) will also be displayed or separated for shipments outside the EEC. The contribution for any shipping costs must be added to the price of the product as indicated in the SHIPPING section.

The total cost of your order can be viewed before the completion of the same. By completing the purchase procedure, the customer enters into a contract with the selling company as described in the first paragraph, however there are specific customer rights described in the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL section.


JURISDICTION AND COMPETENT COURT
This contract will be governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation or execution of the same contract, the territorial jurisdiction is the Court of Modena.
